This Bourgogne A.O.C. is subject to a special selection of 100% Pinot Noir grapes that come primarily from the renowned communes of the Cote de Beaune, like Beaune, Chorey-las-Beaune, Savigny, Santenay and Maranges.

Depending on the profile of the vintage, vatting lasts 8 to 12 days, then maturing for 9 months: 20% in barrels, 85% in stainless steel vats.
