First released in 1985, this expression started with the goal to deliver full flavours and richness from whisky that would be found ‘from the barrel’ and to this day, it does not disappoint.

51.4% ABV, almost equivalent to 90 British proof, this complex formula is created by blending more than 100 different batches of malt and grain whiskies then matured in used barrels.

This whisky harmonizes all components in its formula resulting in a mellow taste.

Comprised of rums ranging from 21 to 25 years old and matured in American oak barrels within 6 degrees of the Equator, this is no ordinary rum.

Fermented with a proprietary strain of yeast, the 21 is distilled through their antique Enmore wooden Coffey and copper stills (up to 200 years old people!), it also features the Versailles single wooden pot still and the Albion Savalle still.

So, what does this all mean? It means it is a damn near perfect rum with tons of international awards and recognition.
